Clients with limited medical call center resources can fully outsource operations to SironaHealth. All services are privately labeled, so SironaHealth becomes an extension of our clients' brands.

Utilize our software in your own medical call center

The IntelliView application is available for clients who wish to run their own standalone contact center. The software is deployed in an application service provider (ASP) mode which allows our clients to benefit from SironaHealth's fully redundant data centers and extensive security infrastructure.

Integrate both our services and technology
A "co-source" option offers the best of both worlds to clients who wish to maintain their own contact center, but also desire the ability to tap into SironaHealth's national network of RNs after-hours and for peak-volume periods, holidays, and disaster recovery.
