Choosing the service model that makes sense

From in-house technology implementations to completely outsourcing your operations to SironaHealth, we can support the model that makes the most sense for you and your patient and/or member populations.

Option #1 - Outsource your telehealth programs to SironaHealth
Clients with limited medical call center resources can fully outsource operations to SironaHealth. All services are privately labeled, so SironaHealth becomes an extension of our clients' brands.

Option #2 - Utilize our software in your own medical call center
The IntelliView application is available for clients who wish to run their own standalone contact center. The software is deployed in an application service provider (ASP) mode which allows our clients to benefit from SironaHealth's fully redundant data centers and extensive security infrastructure.

Option #3 - Integrate both our services and technology
A "co-source" option allows clients to maintain their own contact center, but also desire the ability to tap into SironaHealth's national network of RNs after-hours and for peak-volume periods, holidays, and disaster recovery.

Because SironaHealth uses the same software we sell, your in-house contact center can be easily migrated should outsourcing become the preferred option. Conversely, you can choose to outsource with SironaHealth, confident in the knowledge that transitioning to an in-house deployment at a later point will be a smooth and transparent process.
