The customer relations team at SironaHealth is devoted to building strong relationships with our clients. We pride ourselves on understanding our clients' needs and building custom solutions to ensure their business success.
 

Becca Nealis

Becca Nealis
Vice President, Customer Relations

Ms. Nealis is responsible for managing sales and business development for SironaHealth. Prior to this role, Becca led our client services teams as Vice President, Customer Relations. Her responsibilities included the management of large scale call center services implementations for health plans, research organizations, and disease management organizations. Prior to joining SironaHealth, Ms. Nealis served as a Project Manager and Vice President of Customer Relations with IntelliCare. Ms. Nealis has also worked as an Operation Manager for a small telephone company and as a Human Resources Manager for the Portland Press Herald in Portland, Maine.

Ms. Nealis holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a BS in Management from Boston College.

Ryan Lynn Shaw

Ryan Lynn Allen
Vice President, Client Services

Ryan oversees SironaHealth's Account Management and Account Representative teams. Prior to this role, Ryan managed account and project implementations as Director, Client Development at SironaHealth. Before joining SironaHealth, Ms. Allen served as a Project Manager for IntelliCare. Ryan also worked as an Application Support Specialist for the DeLorme Mapping Company and as a Systems Specialist for Fidelity Investments in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ms. Allen holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Bay State College, Boston, MA.

Mathew Baker

Mathew Baker
Senior Account Manager

Mathew primarily works with health plans, resellers, and university clients. Prior to joining SironaHealth, Mathew worked in the Account Management field for 2 years at IntelliCare, 5 years with Unum, and 3 years as a Child and Family Therapist for a Community Mental Health Center in Dover, NH. 

Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Kentucky

Amy Johnson-Morin

Amy Johnson-Morin
Account Manager

Amy manages service and technology solutions for a variety of our healthcare clients. Prior to joining SironaHealth, Ms. Johnson-Morin served as an Account Manager for Martin's Point Health Care in Portland, Maine and as a Marketing Specialist for TD Banknorth Insurance Group in South Portland, Maine. Amy has over 10+ years combined experience in the healthcare, wellness, employee benefits and marketing fields.

Ms. Johnson-Morin received a Bachelor's of Arts degree with a focus in French and Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Amy holds a State of Maine Life & Health License and has studied Project Management at the University of Southern Maine.
