Points North via I-295
- Take I-295 south towards Portland
- Take Exit 1, marked MAINE MALL ROAD / MAINE TURNPIKE NORTH
- Stay in the right hand lane after the off-ramp
- Take the MAINE MALL ROAD / ROUTE 114 ramp
- Keep LEFT at the fork towards AIRPORT
- Stay in LEFT LANE and turn LEFT onto Payne Road at the first set of traffic lights (directly in front of Chili's Restaurant and Days Inn Hotel)
- At the second set of traffic lights, go straight through - you should be in the middle lane at this point (Circuit City will be on the right side of road)
- At the third set of traffic lights, turn LEFT onto SOUTHBOROUGH DRIVE (the Christmas Tree Shop will be on right side of road) Take SOUTHBOROUGH to end of Drive
- 500 Southborough is located at the end of drive, just beyond the Cul-de-Sac
- Visitor parking is available on both the right and left hand sides before entering the Cul-de-sac
- SironaHealth offices are located in the back on the left-hand side of the Cul-de-sac
Points South via I-95
- Take I-95 (MAINE TURNPIKE) North towards Portland
- Take Exit 7, marked MAINE MALL ROAD /SOUTH PORTLAND (ROUTE 114 & ROUTE 1)
- Take the MAINE MALL ROAD ramp towards AIRPORT (ROUTE 114)
- Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp towards the traffic lights (directly in front of Circuit City)
- Turn LEFT at the traffic lights onto MAINE MALL ROAD/PAYNE ROAD, stay in left lane
- At the first set of traffic lights on MAINE MALL/PAYNE ROAD turn LEFT onto SOUTHBOROUGH DRIVE (the Christmas Tree Shop will be on right side of road)
- Take SOUTHBOROUGH to end of Drive
