SironaHealth utilizes a paid-time-off policy that allows its team members to control the utilization of their time off. All time-off, including vacation, holiday, unexcused absences, and personal time is included in one bank that each team member can utilize at his/her discretion.
In order to encourage team members to further their professional development through continuing education, SironaHealth will offer financial assistance. The team member must work at least 24 hours per week to qualify for reimbursement. SironaHealth will reimburse in full for a team member to attend a conference and/or seminars with your supervisors approval.
