• SironaHealth was founded by the former management and operations teams of IntelliCare, Inc. a prominent medical contact center and technology company with over 13 years of telehealth experience.
   
• In March 2009, SironaHealth transitioned the operations, technology, and book of business from IntelliCare, Inc.
   
• SironaHealth is a private, employee owned company.
   
• SironaHealth's corporate headquarters are located in South Portland, Maine.
   
• The members of SironaHealth's development team are all original authors of the medical call center software, IntelliView. IntelliView is used internally and licensed to various organizations by SironaHealth.
   
• 100% of SironaHealth's registered nurses work remotely from home offices across the country — maintaining compliance with state licensure in their home state (21 states in total).
   
• SironaHealth registered nurses average 19 years' clinical experience.
